New Orleans City Park Egg Scramble

Due to popular demand, New Orleans City Park’s Egg Scramble is continuing for two days of fun again this year. Children can now hunt for eggs on both Saturday, April 13th and Sunday, April 14th.

Each year City Park hides more than 30,000 candy-filled eggs around Storyland and the Amusement Park, including 100 golden eggs with special prizes hidden inside, such as tickets for the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park or City Putt. From 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Egg Scramble attendees will enjoy face painting, balloon artists, music from a DJ, and other entertainment. Participants are invited to bring their personal cameras to take photos with the bunny. Children will be provided with a bucket to hold their collected eggs.

The event is recommended for children eight-years-old and younger. Storyland will be a specific area just for toddlers.

The Park encourages interested attendees to purchase their tickets ahead of time, as tickets are limited. Details and tickets are available at http://neworleanscitypark.com/events/egg-scramble. Please call with questions about the event.
